The client, an independent Real Estate Investor, was looking for a logo to unite his various promotional materials (flyers, website and vehicle wrapping) and project confidence and professionalism towards his future clients. The challenge was to create an identity that truly represented his knowledge and expertise but that remained distinct from a real estate agent or a construction/renovation company.

Zedimage created a logo that explains the purpose of the company in one symbol (the house that replaces the A in the word maison, which means house in French). The house is easily recognizable displaying openness in the shape of what is a light bulb but that could also be interpreted as a keyhole. A light bulb typically reflects a brilliant idea or a solution to a problem, while the keyhole brings to mind a key that also carries the same meaning (turn-key, key solutions, key to success... etc.). Strategic thought went into choosing blue hues which evoke a peaceful and calm feeling and in using a serif font that lends an established and solid look to the logo.
